Today we broke up into teams, and googled photo eiting software.
Rosa and I picked pixer.us.
Pixer.us does not require a log- on or user account. Pixer is only for editing photos, so it also does not store your photos.
Use the "browse" botton to choose a photo from your file, then press "upload & edit". Choose the editing option, such as "crop", and edit your photo. When you are ready press "apply". You must save your changes, by clicking on "save", and the file format option will come up. The file is saved to the same location you retrieved it from, except with a new file name "myphoto-1".
The plus side is you can keep your privacy, by not storing your photos on line. The down side is, you cannot create slides, movies, collages, or save your photos on line for convenient access.
I would rate this photo editing software a 7, because it was a little difficult to learn, but I like that I did not need an account for accessing the software.

After I saw all the other photo editing sites. I think this site might be downgraded to a 5.
